Road infrastructure projects are one of the most important sectors in national development, as they play a significant role in enhancing regional connectivity, economic growth, and equitable development. The successful implementation of road infrastructure projects is highly influenced by the effective management of project resources, particularly human resources or construction labor. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors affecting labor productivity in road infrastructure projects. The study classifies the factors influencing labor productivity into several main categories, namely labor factors, project management factors, material factors, equipment factors, and work environment factors. The research method was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using the Relative Importance Index (RII) method, resulting in the ranking of the top five factors based on their level of importance. The analysis results indicate that skill level ranks first with a value of 95.3%, followed by work experience, work discipline, and timely material delivery, which rank second, third, and fourth with values of 92.7%, respectively, while material availability ranks fifth with a value of 92%. In conclusion, these findings indicate that improving labor productivity is not only dependent on individual worker capabilities but also on project support systems, particularly effective and timely material management.
