Analisis Spasial Risiko Banjir terhadap Operasional Bus Listrik Transjakarta Koridor Daan Mogot

Flooding is the primary hydrometeorological disruption threatening the reliability of public transportation in Jakarta, particularly along the Daan Mogot Corridor as a vital megapolitan route. This study aims to analyze the spatial impact of floods on Transjakarta operations and evaluate the gaps in Minimum Service Standards (SPM) regulation from a risk management perspective. The method applied is a descriptive quantitative approach through spatial analysis using Geographic Information System (GIS) and policy evaluation based on historical data. Research results identify critical points in the Kalideres and Pesing segments with inundation depths of 30-60 centimeters, exceeding the technical safety thresholds of the electric bus fleet. This disruption is validated through traffic index data showing travel time increases exceeding 30% and the closure of strategic stations. Policy analysis reveals that DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation Number 2 of 2024 is still normative-responsive and lacks specific technical operational parameters of electric bus technology. This study recommends a transformation toward a smart transportation system through real-time GIS platform integration and predictive risk-based regulatory updates to enhance the resilience of the mass transit system
